All roles are based in Palm Beach County, Florida. We do not currently hire fully remote, because the lab and the simulation floor are the point.

1. Application review
A recruiter and the hiring manager read every application. You will hear from us either way within 10 business days.
2. Introductory conversation
Thirty minutes on your experience, the role, and what you are looking for.
3. Technical discussion
For research roles, a seminar and panel. For engineering, a design review of something you have actually built.
4. Team interviews
Two to three conversations with people you would work with, plus one from another function.
5. Offer
We share the salary range at first contact and never ask for your current pay.
