Privacy policy

Last updated 1 July 2026.

Scope

This policy explains how Baxtra Therapeutics, Inc. and its affiliates collect, use, share and protect personal information through this website and our related services. Additional notices apply to clinical trial participants, job applicants and healthcare professionals.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us — name, contact details and the content of enquiries, adverse event reports, applications or partnering submissions
  • Information collected automatically — IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and referring URL
  • Information from third parties — healthcare professional credential verification, recruitment agencies and public registries

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry; to meet our legal obligations in pharmacovigilance and product safety; to assess applications for employment, assistance or partnering; to improve the website; and to conduct research where you have consented or where permitted by law.

Legal bases

Where the GDPR or comparable law applies, we rely on consent, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation (particularly safety reporting), or our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business.

Research data

Data held in the Baxtra Human Evidence Platform is de-identified, governed by an independent data access committee, and never sold. Participants may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal stops further use and triggers destruction of stored samples, though analyses already completed cannot be reversed.

Sharing

We share personal information with service providers acting on our instructions, with health authorities where safety reporting requires it, with professional advisers, and in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information.

International transfers

We operate globally, so information may be transferred outside your country. Transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or another approved mechanism.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose collected, except where safety and regulatory rules require longer — adverse event records, for example, are retained for the life of the product plus ten years.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Contact privacy@baxtra.com. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to make the site work, and, with your consent, analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can change your choice at any time through cookie preferences in the footer. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information outside a clinical trial context with guardian consent.
