Development pipeline

Twelve disclosed investigational countermeasures and three surgical platforms, built in eighteen months on $310 million of research and development. Seven of the twelve target organisms are Risk Group 4 and not one of the twelve diseases has an approved treatment. Updated 31 August 2026. The research and development figure covers thirteen clinical-stage programmes, of which twelve are described here.

Thirteen rows. The stage filter above counts twelve, because it reads the disclosed indication field and Programme 9 does not have one. Programme 9 is a real clinical-stage programme and is at the stage shown. Everything else about it is withheld under the disclosure policy and there is no timetable for publishing it. Please do not write to ask. Every disclosed row has a fact sheet; all twelve are also collected in the document library, alongside a pipeline overview (PDF) that carries a half-page profile of each programme.

Important: BX-101, BX-204, BX-308, BX-412, BX-515, BX-620, BX-733, BX-806, BX-1140, BX-1265, BX-1330 and BX-1620 are investigational medical countermeasures and have not been approved by any regulatory authority anywhere in the world. Their safety and efficacy have not been established and none of them is available on prescription. SealWeave and Axion OR are investigational devices, limited by law to investigational use. Live work with Nipah, Marburg, Crimean-Congo haemorrhagic fever, Lassa, Sudan ebolavirus, Junín and Machupo virus is performed only inside registered maximum-containment facilities, and work with Burkholderia pseudomallei is performed under Tier 1 select agent registration. Nothing here is medical advice or biosafety guidance, and this page is not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities. This table is a cleared revision. Two sections and one table were withheld from it, and where a sentence appears to refer to something that is not on the page, that is why.

How the portfolio got here

2026

Eight more programmes into the clinic

BX-515, BX-620, BX-733, BX-806, BX-1140, BX-1265, BX-1330 and BX-1620 cleared their Investigational New Drug applications between December 2025 and June 2026 and are now all in Phase 1. Three of the eight — BX-515, BX-620 and BX-733 — were listed as discovery-stage candidates on this page as recently as July 2026. Two of the eight, BX-733 and BX-1620, are the first programmes in the portfolio whose regulatory route is a conventional randomised controlled trial rather than the Animal Rule, because unlike Nipah or Marburg their target diseases produce enough cases each year to enrol one.

2026

Into the clinic, and into containment

BX-101, BX-204, BX-308 and BX-412 all entered Phase 1 within a twelve-month window. The Palm Coast maximum-containment suit laboratory completed commissioning in July, moving all Category A pathogen work in-house. Lumavue received FDA 510(k) clearance the same month.

2025

Founded and built

Company incorporated in March, discovery and containment-level 3 laboratories opened in August, the surgical engineering facility opened in November.

Discovery stage

Not counted in the thirteen clinical-stage programmes. Detail on the biocontainment page. The three candidates listed here in the July revision — BX-515, BX-620 and BX-733 — have all cleared an Investigational New Drug application since and now appear in the table above. Two further discovery-stage candidates are not listed. A third row headed BX-6██ was published here between 30 May and 19 June 2026 and was removed.
