Product safety & pharmacovigilance

Monitoring a medicine does not stop at approval. Our global pharmacovigilance team reviews every reported event, runs periodic benefit–risk assessments, and updates labelling with regulators when the evidence changes.

How to report a side effect

Report suspected side effects to Baxtra Drug Safety at drugsafety@baxtra.com or +1 (800) 555-0142, and to your national regulator — in the US, the FDA MedWatch program; in the EU, your national competent authority.

Product quality complaints

If a product appears damaged, discoloured or otherwise not as expected, keep the packaging and contact quality@baxtra.com with the batch number.

Counterfeit medicines

Only obtain Baxtra medicines from licensed pharmacies. Report suspected counterfeit product to productprotection@baxtra.com.

Supply and shortages

Current supply status by market is published monthly and shared with health authorities. Contact your Baxtra market affiliate for country-specific information.

Patient assistance

Income-based support for eligible patients in the US and co-pay assistance where permitted.
